Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer. You will be responsible for the development & troubleshooting of processes and product lines as related to design, material, or process. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years relevant Engineering experience. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

What you'll do:



  • Facilitate & participate in concept brainstorming & strategy sessions.
  • Influence and propel multi-functional team members to achieve stretch goals.
  • Work as a "hands-on" Engineer developing and troubleshooting product lines as related to design, material, or process.
  • Maintain and modify plant equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
  • Plan and design experiments and conduct data analysis in support of product lines.
  • Design and implement test methods and equipment to support product development.
  • Responsible for research & engineering documentation.
  • Solve complex problems and make sound design recommendations.
  • Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting & diagnosing design and manufacturing quality problems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to verify capability and functionality or to assess existing technologies.
  • Research future concepts within market including the monitoring of technology trends.
  • All other duties as assigned


What you'll bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5-7 years experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of three (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and analytical skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to achieve consensus, provide leadership, and create accountability.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Windows Applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Excellent in 2D CAD applications - AutoCAD. Inventor and 3D CAD applications as a plus.
  • Excellent problem solving and creativity skill set.
  • Project Management Experience including defining, detailing, documentation, and driving completion of projects.
