Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating and executing successful projects aligned with corporate strategy delivering them on time, on budget and within scope. The Project Manager will use a sound project management framework based upon the project life cycle to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and report on progress of project. Oversee the execution and completion of projects that may be systems, technology or process improvement-driven. Create schedules, adjust timelines, communicate changes and oversee quality control throughout the entire project. Deliver projects according to strategic initiatives, attain resources, and manage the team and third-party contractors and/or consultants. In addition, identify, assess and minimize project risks until successful project completion. A strong sense of ownership and accountability to the project and desire to understand our customer is critical to this role. This role may be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match the needs and role requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Supervisory Responsibilities: May supervisor staff as needed Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years Project Management experience involving business or financial analytical experience. Banking, Financial Services and / or related industry preferred. Experience with Information Security and / or IT preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Project Management Certification and / or in the process of obtaining product certification required Work Environment and Physical Demands: The working conditions and physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
