Provides information, written, verbal, and/or web based, on a wide variety of issues regarding group insurance or retirement products, services, coverages, rates, billings, policy changes, quotes, termination processes, loans, statements and various other participant related questions. Initiates transactions and provides timely customer service within specified service standards.

As a Participant Services Specialist, you will work on a team that provides information to 401(k) participants on a wide variety of issues including 401(k) website support, processing of plan distributions, loan processing, policy changes, statements and related employee processes. To best support our associates and our culture, Sentry is happy to offer flexibility through a scheduled work from home (Monday and Friday)/in office days (Tuesday through Thursday).
