Insight Marketing Manager Aon currently has an immediate need for a Marketing Manager Aon's Insight Marketing Manager team drives global thought leadership, content and capability by aligning to the four areas of client need and buyer types, to expand the firm's addressable market and increase understanding of its capabilities and expertise. Insight Marketing operates across all of Aon's solution lines - Commercial Risk, Health, Human Capital Solutions, Reinsurance and Wealth - and creates specific insight programs that tell the story of the challenges and opportunities facing buyers and prospects, the Aon United solutions in response and the ultimate benefits to clients to project and growth their organizations. Insight Marketing works in close collaboration with Growth Marketing to deliver robust thought leadership and content while aligning with regional growth priorities. The Insight Marketing Manager for our solution lines will be a crucial member of the Marketing & Communications team who will directly collaborate closely with senior business leaders on key priorities, capabilities, innovations and products to create assets and programs that position the firm for success. Working closely with colleagues across the function including Growth Marketing, the Centers of Excellence: Campaign Planning & Analytics, Communications & Content, Events & Partnerships, Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations will enable the firm to deliver aligned and consistent Aon United programs that drive overall market position and client experience. Job Responsibilities: Work with the solution line CMO and aligned solution line leaders on agreed key priorities and areas of client need to drive thought leadership, content and capabilities of innovation and key core products Collaborating closely with business leaders to understand priorities based on client need and to develop messaging based on unique personas Drive the product, content and capabilities marketing of priorities and new innovations, based on the four areas of client need and buyer type by delivering: thought leadership, presentations, web content, colleague guides, webinars, generic content, blogs, etc Collaborate across Solution Line CMOs to optimize Aon United Insight across buyer types Collaborate with Growth Marketing to deliver robust thought leadership and content while aligning with regional growth priorities Work in conjunction with the Centers of Excellence to deliver programs Work with Global Campaign Leaders and Enterprise Client CMO to ensure alignment to specific target segments for campaigns and programs Work with the CMO and Global Campaign Leaders to articulate specific priorities across solutions, segments, industries, regions and countries so these solutions can be mapped to buyers' needs. Furthermore, develop messaging and solution points of differentiation for key buyer types Track effectiveness of programs Experience & Competencies: A graduate with 10+ years of professional B2B and marketing communications experience Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a complex, matrixed environment Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to implement programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency How we support our colleagues: In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
