Sr. Analyst, Corporate FP&A

Overview

Topgolf is looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance candidate to join Topgolf as an Analyst supporting Topgolf's Corporate FP&A processes. As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team you will have a direct impact on Topgolf's key Corporate FP&A initiatives including, annual and long-range planning/forecasting of consolidated Topgolf financials and corporate departments, evaluation of variances to plan and forecast, capital expenditure analysis, weekly cash flow forecasting, and special projections for senior management, among others. In addition, you will interact frequently with senior management in the preparation of monthly / quarterly business reviews, board presentations, financial presentations and other projects requested by senior management.

Successful candidates will have strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and an ability to think critically and work as a team. This is a very dynamic role with high visibility and exposure to executive leadership and the ability to grow into additional responsibilities in a rapidly evolving organization.


Responsibilities

  • Perform financial and strategic analyses to assist in the execution of Topgolf's Corporate FP&A processes
  • Analyze monthly results to provide accurate and timely explanations for variances to plan and forecast
  • Facilitate preparation of monthly / quarterly business reviews and Board of Director meeting materials
  • Facilitate Topgolf's annual budget, capital planning and reforecasting processes
  • Manage Topgolf's long-term financial model related to cash flow forecasting and critical business decisions
  • Monitor Topgolf's overall cost of capital, and compliance with financial covenants
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Support senior management team with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 2+ years investment banking, FP&A, or similar experience with increasing responsibilities and interaction with senior leadership
  • Strong financial modeling and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Anaplan and/or SAP is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Highly motivated personality looking for growth opportunities in a dynamic organization
