Data Engineer Intern

As a Data Engineer Intern on the Satellite Capacity Management team, you will support the team responsible to deploy new tools analyzing and supporting demand allocation for mobility customer projects from our different business.

• Design and build analytic tools and processes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams working on data to automate and scale our business processes.
• Create and present visualizations to effectively convey information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Python experience creating data visualization packages, data cleansing, statistics (i.e., pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, etc.)
• Familiarity with geospatial analysis and geospatial data visualization
• Excellent judgment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills; can balance attention to detail with swift execution
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to commit to a 10-12 week summer internship
