We are searching for a Practice Manager to manage patient flow and the daily operations in up to two ambulatory practice locations(s). Position is responsible for, but not limited to appointment scheduling, registration, referral management, authorization and staff assignments, budget, revenue, compliance, communication, quality and project management. Duties include direct management responsibility for assigned ambulatory practice(s), non-provider staff and activities. Duties involve direct management for all staff. Position maintains collaborative relationships with various providers (e.g. Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Physicians).
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID 19 and provide required vaccination documentation, unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
