The Client Delivery Lead is an ideal role for those with expert level system knowledge and a desire to be primarily platform focused. You will be responsible for setting up all new clients on the platform and ensuring quality with each build. Duties include balancing your client assignments, serving as a subject matter expert on site configuration and attending client meetings as needed.

As a Client Delivery Lead, a typical day wouldinclude the following:

  • Configuration of client sites according toclient's employee benefit plans and in accordance with company standard operating procedures, processes, and documentation

  • Assist Health Client Manager with training client HR partners on purchased Alight software

  • Serve as technical expert for team members

  • Meeting the deadlines for the assigned tasks

  • Conducting business according to the defined standards and policies

  • Ensuring projects follow corporate security policies

  • Preparing and facilitating annual benefit enrollments by updating client website portals (as needed on complex sites)

  • Supporting team members on ad hoc projects (as capacity allows)

Qualifications:

  • Expert level SmartBen system knowledge

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience required

Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere in between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $62,800.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $68,000.00/year (for full time employees).
