KPMG is currently seeking an Associate - Ignition Experience Producer to join our within our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team delivering client facing events and experiences as well as develop skills to enhance client experiences across in-person, hybrid, and virtual delivery formats
  • Play a critical role in the delivery of a world class client experience in Ignition; take ownership of tasks across logistics, event space preparation, presentation content, and basic technology, completing them to a high standard
  • Develop expert knowledge on the Ignition Center to understand how to maximize its potential in enhancing client experience from both an analogue and digital perspective across all the Ignition services
  • Work with other members of the Ignition team in the designing of sessions, providing practical knowledge acquired from on-the-job experience
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with KPMG colleagues and clients, working closely with project teams to understand requirements of smaller internal event and supporting them through its delivery
  • Communicate the value of Ignition and the services offered to clients, supporting tours of the Ignition center when required; responsible for some of the day-to-day business activities and bringing innovation and new approaches

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of recent experience in event or client experience production delivery; experience with audio visual technology preferred; digital signage technology a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
  • Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment; able to deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong proactivity and can-do attitude with a desire to develop an understanding of Ignition Services and associated skills; natural problem solver who can approach problems in different ways and will explore multiple potential solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, good communication and teamwork skills, and experience in working with multiple stakeholder groups; be self-motivated with the ability to take on small projects and drive them to completion with minimum support and agreed timeframes
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook; appreciation of collaborative working methodologies, tools, techniques, and approaches; experience with collaboration tools like Mural a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

New York City Salary Range: Low: $58400 - High: $121000
