Territory Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Territory Sales Representative will be expected to maximize the profitability and market penetration of U.S. LawShield through the selling of U.S. LawShield products and services to prospects and existing members in a specifically assigned geographic area. The Territory representative will prospect new sales opportunities, foster relationships with existing accounts, grow brand awareness, ensure brand alignment in partner facilities, execute sales opportunities in that area,and report progress on assigned company goals.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Travel to facilities and events within designated territory
  • Maintain and track supplies and resources and distribute throughout designated territory
  • Responsibly and professionally represent U.S. LawShield
  • Drive company profitability through direct sales
  • Communicate with members and prospects to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs
  • Prospect and maintain business partnerships and relationships; resolve any issues that may arise
  • Report progress on sales goals, expenses, and opportunities to corporate leadership
  • Understand and explain the U.S. LawShield product suite
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the market and needs of a diverse client base
  • Understand our competition and their products and services
  • Propose appropriate solutions and next steps that deepen relationships between clients and our brand
  • Timely reporting of expenses, results, and field data
  • Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and customer experience KPIs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Experience in field/direct sales
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse client base
  • Complete understanding of U.S. LawShield products and services
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Ability to work efficiently remotely
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to acquire a Property & Casualty License if required in your home state
