This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

Position Summary:
The Residential Living Advisor's primary responsibility will be to communicate sales and contractual information, as well as close sales to increase occupancy in accordance with the business and marketing plans. This position will spend a significant amount of time doing outreach in the community; Maintain positive and understanding relationships with all prospective clients and their families; Assist in identifying innovative events and methods to increase visitation of targeted groups; Obtain and maintain knowledge of competitors; Schedule and conduct tours, price structure, screening process, and financial options; Make public presentations and use public speaking skills to sell community.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $24.75 to $34.46/hour.

Position Responsibilities include:



  • The Residential Living Advisor partners with the Sales Manager to develop and execute marketing plans and achieve community occupancy goals
  • Increase and maintain occupancy levels and revenue production of the community
  • Generate and maintain inbound sales leads
  • Complete presentations and community tours with prospects and subsequently close sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources in the area
  • Record all sales and marketing traffic in the lead management system to maximize sales effectiveness
  • Work with community leaders and support center office to develop and coordinate large scale activities for residents and prospective residents


Qualifications



  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. Including marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques including lead generation and nurturing prospects, and sales control systems
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years sales experience, preferably in the senior housing industry, medical, hospitality or pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is required
  • Worked with sales metrics and meeting set quotas
  • College degree or relevant experience of 3 -5 years required
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Email
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • High degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics


The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen.
