The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States.

About the job:
We are actively seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will be involved in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Identity Management environment. Your role will involve collaboration across technical and business teams as applications utilize our expansive on-premises and cloud-based technical environment, with integration to Active Directory and an emphasis on user self-services and Single Sign-on (SSO). This will also require that you assess potential risks that may arise as different solution options are explored to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the business, that policies are set up appropriately, and that these solutions will work effectively within our technical environment.

What you will be doing:
* Account provisioning, SSO, MFA, password management, user and group self-services, privileged access management, and synchronization/provisioning into existing applications and systems
* Configuration and management of IAM components
* Installation of new software releases and system upgrades
* Evaluate and install patches and resolve software-related problems
* Provide technical support by utilizing working knowledge of IAM systems
* Build application integration framework, authentication/provisioning workflows, and processes
* Assist with integration, implementation, and administration of systems
* Integration with LDAP-enabled directories (including Active Directory)
* Familiarity with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
* Occasional after-hours work and participation in the on-call rotation schedule is required

Scope: Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Apply subject matter knowledge. Capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.

What we need from you:
* Minimum of 5 to 7 years IT experience in Identity Management is mandatory

* Experience with large-scale deployment, management, and support of enterprise IAM solutions including:
o PingFederate (SSO), or related
o SecureAuth (SSO & MFA)
o CyberArk (Privilege Access Management)
o AzureAD/B2C/AWS Identity & Access Management
o Imanami GroupID (Group Management)
o Core Access/Courion (Provisioning, User Self-Service, Approval Workflow)
o Or equivalent preferred

* Provisioning, Identity Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance & Administration or IGA

* Strong Microsoft Active Directory experience essential
* Familiarity with the LDAP protocol, SAML/OAuth/OIDC standards
* General scripting/coding knowledge with efficiencies in SQL (required), PowerShell, HTML, Javascript
* Java, C# or .NET programming knowledge is a plus
* Linux experience a plus
* Bachelor's degree required; experience in IT or related field may substitute for education
* Effective written and verbal communication skills required
* Must be a strong team player with a willingness to share information and train others; act as a mentor to less seasoned team members
* Must be highly organized and capable of prioritizing workloads
* Must be experienced in developing and presenting solution recommendations
* Project Management skills a plus

May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout chapter jurisdiction, state and Red Cross system. Because the Red Cross is a disaster response organization, staff may be asked to be on 24-hour call during period of major disaster.
