Prepare Written Documentation in a Complete, Timely and Accurate Manner - 10%. Function at a High Level of Efficiency - 5%. Demonstrate Skill Proficiency on an Annual Basis - 5%. Maintains Professional Certifications by Attending In-service Training Programs - 5%. Attends Staff Meetings/Complies with Employee Health Requirements / Completes Mandatory Employee Training Programs - 5%. Performs POC testing with approval of Administration - 5%. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities. This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. High School diploma or equivalent; OR Post High School Diploma. Completion of Approved Paramedic Training Program. Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses. SCDL (SC Driver's License): Valid driver\u2019s license and an acceptable five-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart. BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support). ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required within 90 days of hire. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Required within 90 days of hire. In lieu of a SC Driver\u2019s License, a valid driver\u2019s license, from a state other than South Carolina, may be accepted if primary residence is not SC. The required active South Carolina AND National Registry EMS certification meets the educational requirements for this role. A Provisional SC Paramedic certification meets education and Paramedic certification requirements but are required to obtain conventional South Carolina certification and NREMT certification before the provisional certification expires. Other Required Sills and Experience. One year pre-hospital care experience - Preferred.
