We are hiring a Retail Pricing Manager, responsible for managing and improving the process of setting and adjusting retail prices for CPG items in our 400+ convenience stores throughout New England.

  • Manage our internal pricing systems, tools and analytics to recommend strategies to meet financial targets, testing different pricing strategies in real world applications.
  • Navigate large, complex datasets to identify patterns, develop solutions and enhancements and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Highly skilled at using data to derive actionable insights.
  • Delivers quality works while managing multiple priorities; acts promptly and decisively.
  • Manages and conducts price optimizations leveraging pricing software platforms.
  • Manages pricing analysts, guiding them in supporting category management teams on pricing matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of work experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis including managing direct reports.
  • You demonstrate effective written/verbal communicative skills, and acute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy being innovative and resourceful.
  • You are highly organized and possess proven critical thinking skills.
  • You can juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment and can multitask.
  • You establish and maintain effective relationships with teams across the organization.
  • You are an experienced people manager with a record of developing and guiding analysts who provide pricing expertise to merchandising colleagues.
  • You have a professional and pleasant demeanor.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Power BI/Tableau, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Math or Statistics is preferred.
