What You'll Do: Project Management: Manage large enterprise commercial projects and initiatives. Work closely with Senior Leadership as well as the Commercial Excellence and Logistics teams to develop, plan, manage and lead commercial innovation projects and initiatives designed to optimize and enhance sales and sales support activities while enabling consistent application of The Vulcan Way of Sales. Projects may include organizational sales training, updating/improving CRM, pricing analytics, project lead and customer prospecting and customer contact tools as well as implementing a replacement for current sales budgeting tools. Develop project plans to include requirements and standards and deliver recommendations to Senior Leadership. Set project goals and milestones and develop plans in conjunction with organization and division leadership to meet those goals. Realigns schedules and expectations as needed. Work closely with sales, SSC, logistics and business solutions teams to understand needs and identify solutions. Qualifications
Skills You'll Need: Education and Experience: BS / BA degree in Business or similar or an equivalent combination of training or 5+ years of work experience in Sales and/or Marketing driving projects. Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs to measure and track the success of product innovation sales. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Interpersonal Skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with executives and hourly employees alike, and able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and executive presence.
