Who we are looking for: Atkore, a recent recipient of a Great Place to Work certification and a Top Workplaces USA award, is currently searching for the Plant Controller will partner with the local plant operations team and corporate management to effectively manage and control the manufacturing facility. The Plant Controller will be responsible for plant general accounting, cost accounting, fixed assets, business analysis, internal controls, forecasting, inventory control & financial reporting. This position will report to the Regional Operations Controller S&I and support the Hobart Plant Manager as well as liaison with corporate and other Business Unit financial staff, as required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 7 years progressive experience with significant experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in lean manufacturing or a business system-based company is a plus. What you'll do:
