As an Account Analysis Program Administrator you will contribute to an operational group focused on improving commercial business bank processes and operational efficiencies aligned with the bank's organizational goals. Manages Account Analysis application and processes ensuring that client billing is facilitated accurately, efficiently and delivers a quality client and banker experience. Oversees system functionality, performance, integrations, updates, maintenance, testing and upgrades. Accountable to drive collaboration among Banner teams including Operations, Treasury Management and Product Management to resolve identified issues and foster continuous improvement of the account analysis system and processes.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Utilize technical knowledge to implement, manage, and administer the commercial account analysis business application system and lifecycle. (i.e., builds, settings, defects, release, maintenance, enhancements, etc.)
  • Responsible for oversight of the account analysis system and processes including billing, reconciliation, testing and quality Propose and assist with the implementation of improvement opportunities by contributing technical expertise to analyze effectiveness, issues, changes, and recommendations for system readiness.
  • Participate in the implementation of new processes, systems, or integration by providing a system performance perspective to the implementation team including recommendations, settings, and identifying impacts that need to be addressed before, during, or after implementation. Ensure documentation related to the account analysis systems and processes is in place and kept current.
  • Collaborate across multiple business lines and build critical business relationships to support involvement and effectiveness for projects, implementation, and system performance impacts.
  • Build, collaborate, and manage vendor relationships as needed.
  • Lead, coordinate, and ensure all change control policies are maintained and testing is performed when applicable.
  • Capable of working independently, but also influential to other business partners when making recommendations or explaining user impacts or improvement needs.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) preferred
Experience
  • 4 or more years of experience with any combination of banking systems, bank administration, projects, or data analysis with a demonstrated progression of skills and technical expertise required
  • 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process or team required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced experience evaluating and isolating business processes to identify areas of improvement, impact, change, or issue
  • Proven verbal and written communication, problem solving, and analytical skills including the ability to combine technical expertise with both technical and layman communication skills.
  • Ability to participate and lead effectively in both independent and team environments while handling simultaneous tasks of high complexity.
  • Advanced banking systems knowledge (e.g., Jack Henry & Associated) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., SharePoint) experience is required.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of commercial business client accounts or relationships and the complexity related to billing of products and services.

  • Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $77,606 - $102,258
