As VP of Marketing, you will spearhead the planning, developing, and deploying of our marketing strategies that accelerate brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth. The VP of Marketing is responsible for leading and developing our Cariloop marketing team and operations including, demand generation, branding, communication, and PR/events. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with business and leadership teams, represent Cariloop externally at conferences or events, and build relationships with HR professionals, benefit brokers or buyers, channel partners, and potentially other interested Cariloop stakeholders. If you are a senior marketing leader and ready to make an impact in a dynamic and innovative environment, we want to hear from you! Qualified candidates should have progressive years of marketing experience with increasing responsibilities. Most recently you will have held a senior leadership role and are accountable for overseeing the marketing efforts of a $5-$20M+ company.
