We are searching for a Technical Design Lead to provide subject matter expertise in solution design, data informatics, process engineering, artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLM). Responsible for designing end-to-end technical solutions that address complex challenges for organizations in the healthcare industry. Excellent working knowledge of software development, cyber security, and technical infrastructure. Must have proven ability to construct seamless integrations with processes and applications that optimize outcomes. Must be very comfortable with project oversight for enterprise and departmental initiatives, which includes working closely with DHS, operations, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Must be innovative with an enthusiasm for research, industry trends, and technological advancements to ensure solutions are built to allow scalability as adoption increases and the industry changes. Must be results oriented and responsible for defining and building KPI's and metrics to measure implementation outcomes. Must be versed in communications at all levels and skills in the organization. Need to be a strong advocate for best practices for all solutions. Need to understand governance structure, standards, and maintenance plans for all implementations. Architect, design, and develop new system enhancements and solutions with minimal oversight. Provide functional and technical supervision over assigned personnel and activities where supervisory responsibility is limited to occasional direction, guidance, and explanation. Ability to manage multiple user requests efficiently and organize workload and projects within specific schedules. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Lead collaborations with cross functional teams and stakeholders in projects and day to day activities
