At the American Red Cross, your uniqueness can shine! We are currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Advisor to perform full life cycle recruiting nationwide. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States but preference is in the MST or PST zones. This role will support recruitment for Humanitarian positions in an assigned division to include roles in Disaster and Volunteer Services. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Successful recruiters on this team will utilize their experience in setting benchmarks and tracking against metrics to meet hiring targets. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. This role is responsible for consulting with both Hiring Managers and HR colleagues throughout recruitment assignments, as well as developing in-depth strategic recruiting plans and recommending and implementing plans that will attract top talent for the American Red Cross. This role will also develop and maintain current talent pipeline for assigned positions in critical markets, including a diversity component, by utilizing a wide variety of passive candidate sourcing techniques (research, data mining, CRM database, direct solicitation, various recruitment technologies, etc).
