What you'll be doing:

  • Develop strategy for selling VZ Value products and services through non-exclusive indirect resellers and exclusive indirect partners

  • Responsible for the development of all non-exclusive indirect resellers, exclusive indirect partners, and all consultants

  • Strong relationship selling skills, sales focus, and the ability to manage multiple, high-level priorities and relationships are essential to the success of the selected candidate

  • Direct overall positioning with retail partner for advertising, store merchandising, training, product offers and employee incentives

  • Go-to channel oversight through Direct Areas/Regions on Retailer marketing plans along with roles and responsibilities

  • Must deliver on aggressive sales goals for each partner

  • Create the strategy and business development work and efficiently communicate critical learning, customer insight and conclusions to provide actionable recommendations

  • Interact with senior-level or executive management from national agent partners to develop account strategy and execution

  • Conduct formal presentations to Senior Management regularly

  • Must operate with a great sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines, while maintaining a significant travel schedule

  • Travel: 75%

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. MBA highly preferred.

  • 12+ years of relevant experience.

  • Must operate with a great sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines, while maintaining a significant travel schedule

  • Strong relationship selling skills, sales focus, and the ability to manage multiple, high-level priorities and relationships are essential to the success of the selected candidate

  • Proven experience demonstrating results in strategic planning, business development and execution

  • Demonstrated ability to manage from strategy setting to execution, understanding underlying systems and processes

  • Must have strong leadership abilities, able to engage and influence team and external partners

  • Strong relationship builder

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong project management skills, multi-tasking is vital to success

  • Proven successful sales track record

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.

Where you'll be working
