Academic Partnerships assists primarily regional universities in increasing their access and impact by making their academic programs available to students online. A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows:
What You'll Need for Success: You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and five to seven years of progressively responsible management experience. Direct experience in higher education enrollment or sales and marketing preferred. Experience in developing and implementing training programs and/or team building and motivational activities, as well as, managing departmental programs and activities and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite. Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public. Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
