We are searching for an Occupational Therapist to perform duties to support and in support of the VNA Rehabilitation Department. Provide Occupational Therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving or restoring motor function and maintaining maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the patient's capabilities

• Hours: Per Diem
• Shift: Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 8:00am-4:30pm
• Travel: This is a home care position. Will require driving

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current License in Occupational Therapy by the Board of Registration in Medicine of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Rhode Island is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification is also required.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is required.
• One (1) year of experience is required.
