The IT Technician II, Client Services is an intermediate position that provides timely technical assistance to in-office and remote BOK Financial workforce regarding various hardware and software applications, in addition to performing IT-related IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes) activities and interfaces with internal IT/IS and 3rd Party vendor personnel to resolve issues that impact end-users. Education & Experience Requirements
