Lab Assistant PRN

OB TITLE: Lab Assistant

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Lab Assistant is responsible for performing or assisting with a variety of tasks in a clinical laboratory setting including; order requisitions, sample preperation, instrument care, general laboratory proceders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification required as a lab assistant, medical assistant, CNA, EMT and/or phleobotomist.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior health care experience and/ or training is preferred.
