4 Positions to be hired. Candidate will work with one of three regions or Inside Sales.Candidate will be required to live within the awarded region; East, Central or West.The Inside Sales position will be within Pennsylvania or the Tri-state area.

Role Description

The Regional Enablement Manager will be responsible for the ongoing process of equipping the sales teams with the information, research, tools, training, and content to be more effective throughout the sales process. Additionally, the REM will be responsible for the successful pull through, and execution of strategic and tactical plans as developed by the PGS team. These trainings, processes communications and plans are designed to advance the partnership between the Zoetis brands and our Petcare customers while advancing lead management/enrichment. This individual will be laser-focused on executing against our strategic imperatives of knowing, engaging, and growing the customer. This will require an understanding of market research, data analysis, metrics, sales objectives, industry trends, sales training content, and customer needs. It will also require effective collaboration with Sales Leadership within the go-to-market customer engagement strategy.

This is a field-based position with a total of 4 unique opportunities. The opportunities will be regionally based with one located in each region (West, Central, East, and IDS).

Anticipated travel within the region as required (minimum 50%).

The success of this role is largely dependent upon,

  • Excellent working relationship and collaboration with the Regional Sales Leadership Team and the Portfolio Growth Strategy team
  • Help the Regional Sales teams execute the Marketing programs through change management and strategic sales priorities.
  • Elevating the overall effectiveness of marketing pull-through among colleagues with successful upstream/downstream communication.
  • Understanding and advocating for the Voice of the Customer while being a champion of customers' experience with Zoetis Petcare
  • Knowing all key stakeholders on the veterinary healthcare team
  • Ability to work across teams and groups as a true partner, including synthesizing and connecting key tactical elements across all internal key stakeholders.
  • Understanding how internal and external key stakeholders intersect with our customers, maximizing opportunities.
  • Ability to drive performance across multiple teams and diverse customers.
  • Embrace the challenge to adapt around technology, tools, competitive landscape, customer needs, and internal feedback.
  • Aptitude with which to make thoughtful decisions in real-time.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing partnerships, budgets, colleague interactions, project management, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Experience, understanding, and leading across the sales processes and customer management.
  • Sales management and a proven track record of success in managing a sales team is required.
  • Ability to influence and get results through others, stakeholder management is required.
  • Ability to leverage and pull through medical education, programs, and promotions is a necessity.
  • Exposure and understanding of marketing principles or marketing experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, with the ability to connect and inspire collaboration.
  • Experience in developing a business plan and exhibiting business acumen.
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • Experiences training teams or individuals.
  • Committed to excellence, high performer with problem/solution mindset.
  • Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver.
  • Driven to continuously innovate and execute successfully with a strong business acumen with ability to think strategically.

  • Minimum 50% travel required with the potential for weekend work

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in (Colorado). Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $235,000
