Aon is looking for a Consumer Benefit Solutions Sales Trainee As part of an industry-leading team, you will develop the skills to empower results for our clients by learning to deliver innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions business. This position is available to be worked virtually from home or in office in the following region:

What the day will look like Over the nine-month training program, the Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions Sales Trainee will develop the expertise and knowledge in consulting to engage prospective clients during the sales process as well as existing clients during renewal discussions. Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred with emphasis on marketing, or equivalent years of industry experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
