The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Development to join our Athletics fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans, managing a portfolio of major and principal gift prospects, and assisting with the execution of major gift action plans to achieve our Advancement goals. Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary for a well-qualified candidate is $72,583 - $88,713. The determination of a successful candidate's starting salary will vary based on several factors, including education and relevant experience. The anticipated pay scale indicated for this position generally applies to candidates who meet the minimum requirements and several of the preferred qualifications outlined above.
