Digital Transformation Strategist

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to establish processes that drive technology innovation from conception to delivery? True progress is made at the intersection of business and tech, and as a Digital Transformation Strategist, you'll be highly skilled in both. Here, you'll have the chance to work with Agile development teams as they develop a Digital Twin product to support our clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone to drive business and growth, design and move processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. If you are passionate about digital transformation strategy and emerging tech, and bring a detail-oriented eye to the projects you work on, then this is the role for you.

As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you'll work to develop leading-edge Digital Twin applications, and support our clients' Digital Twin strategy. You will be responsible for leading client delivery and managing internal business operations of the Digital Twin team. On delivery, you will be working with teams of developers, testers, product managers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of project deliverables on both internal investments and billable projects. Alongside internal and external stakeholders, you'll identify client business needs to focus on building the next client delivery team. Your team will need to manage all aspects of delivery from gathering requirements, developing user stories, and deploying features efficiently. From a business operations standpoint, you will support the day-to-day operations and ensure it drives forward on overall team priorities and vision to grow the business, including helping to market and sell our digital twin product, and managing administrative duties of staffing those initiatives.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Agile and product lifecycle methodologies and best practices
  • 3+ years of experience with program management
  • Experience developing and managing senior client relationships
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and user experience specialists to identify clients' business needs, gather requirements, and develop user stories
  • Experience running projects, including developing and managing project schedules, product roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Experience analyzing requirements for IT products, systems, and business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams
  • Experience with project management tools, including Jira and Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience leading product delivery teams
  • Experience with XR, IoT, Digital Twin, and cloud-based solutions
  • Experience with marketing, communication, and public speaking or presenting to various audiences
  • Experience with immersive technologiessuch as Unity
  • Experience in client delivery with federal agencies such as NASA, FAA, or AF
  • PMP, Product, or Scrum Master Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
